The 2016 Summer Institute in Teacher Education (SITE) is located at various post-secondary institutes (PSI) across the province. These summer institutes provide excellent opportunities for provincial, national and international educators to engage in meaningful professional development with the redesigned curriculum.
Whether you are a recent Teacher Education Program graduate, a Trained Teacher On Call (TTOC), a teacher in the early years, or a seasoned veteran, the Summer Institute is ideal for you to unpack the redesigned curriculum.
SITE is designed with practicing teachers in mind. It is flexible, provides a wide range of courses and puts the needs of school teachers first.
