Earth Science Mind Map

Students created a mind map to show their learning in earth science; then they reflected on the question: “How does studying changes on the earth reveal secrets from the past and impact our future?”

Students created mind maps to summarize their learning in Science and show key elements of what they were studying at the end of a unit in Earth Science: tectonics/  volcano/ gradual and sudden changes in Earth. Students had to analyze what they had learned, make connections between ideas, and synthesize their thinking to produce these representations of their thinking.
